Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.1  These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of Mhood products through the website www.mhood.pt

1.2. The website www.mhoodcare.com is managed by Mhood – Cosméticos Lda., with tax identification number 517893860 and address at Rua Pedra Torta, 494 – C, 3.º Direito 4400-545 Vila Nova de Gaia.

1.3.  For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
a) – “Mhood” – The products sold on the website www.mhoodcare.com ;
b) – “User” – Any individual, non-commercial, who places an order through the website www.mhoodcare.com;

1.4.  The use of the website www.mhoodcare.com and the purchase of Mhood products implies the User’s knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Normal Products

2.1.  The website www.mhoodcare.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase Mhood products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.2.  Information regarding product characteristics can be found at www.mhoodcare.com

2.3.  Mhood reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.mhoodcare.com

Placing Orders on the Website

3.1.  To place an order at www.mhoodcare.com, the User must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all the navigation features of the Mhood online store.

3.1.1.  The User may purchase products online, and to do so, it is necessary to:
a) Find the product(s) they wish to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
c) Enter the User’s personal data, which will be integrated into Mhood’s database, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy, including “Name”, “Delivery Address”, “Email”, “Payment Method”, “Phone Number” and “Tax Identification Number (NIF)”;
d) Review their order and confirm it;

3.2.  The User will receive an order confirmation email.

3.3.  Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process.

3.4.  By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.mhoodcare.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.

3.5.  Mhood reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.mhoodcare.com;
c) Payment is not confirmed;
d) Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;

Prices

4.1.  All prices are quoted in euros (€).

4.2.  The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. Mhood reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

4.3.  If any error is found in the price of the requested products, Mhood or the User may cancel the order until it is shipped.

4.4.  The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

Payment Methods

5.1.  The User may pay for their purchases using debit/credit card, MBWAY, Multibanco reference and PayPal.

5.2. Mhood does not accept any other payment methods besides those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the payment methods. If they do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

Delivery

6.1.  Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, therefore the order will be delivered without prior contact, so it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

6.2.  Delivery times vary between:

  • Mainland Portugal and Spain: 1-2 business days
  • Portugal Islands: 3-6 business days

6.3. Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, documenting it with photographs if possible, via email to geral@mhood.pt and, if agreed, Mhood will proceed with resending the order at no cost to the User.

6.4. If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to geral@mhood.pt informing us of the situation. After this period, Mhood cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Right of Free Resolution

7.1. The User may request an exchange or return within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the order, via email geral@mhood.pt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned.

7.2.  If the returned items show signs of use, Mhood reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

7.3. If any of our products arrive to you damaged, meaning 1) unfit for use; 2) visible damage caused by third parties other than Mhood, you must notify us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by email to geral@mhood.pt, reporting the situation in writing, accompanied by a photograph that proves it, so that we can subsequently proceed with the analysis of the damage and the exchange of the product.

7.4.  The costs of returning the order and shipping the new product are the responsibility of Mhood.

7.5.  Product exchanges are only made for size changes or because the product is damaged.

Quality

Mhood does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard products. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.mhoodcare.com can be found on each product page.
Mhood will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.mhoodcare.com are as accurate and true to life as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is displaying the exact colors.
